How does shipping work?
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days, though during peak periods it may take up to 6 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes about 10 business days, with an additional 3 days for delivery during busy times.
What is your return policy?
We have a 21-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Partial refunds may apply for items not in their original condition or returned after 21 days. Refunds are processed after inspection, minus postage costs. Check out our full policy here.
